  1. The TV series 'Survivors' (1978-1981) remains one of the all time best. A disease (the opening credits suggest it was created in a lab) kills most of humanity, the series follows one group of survivors in the aftermath. Deemed 'too realistic' to be re-shown they did a re-boot that was so bland it sank without trace. It was very 'real' and covered a wide range of issues, for example one woman says she doesn't want to get pregnant in a world without hospitals.

  2. Leaving out Defiance was a big mistake. And Revolution was WAY better than See, Sweet tooth, or Station 11 (I actually hated Station 11 with a passion). I was glad to see Falling Skies on this list, it is criminally underrated. And I'm "that guy" who thinks Fear TWD is a much better show than TWD.

  3. Bunch of click bait crap, i only watched because you made it seem as if Dark was on here and it doesn't even get an honorable mention. Its beyond doubt more brilliant, imaginative, complex, gritty and tragic than anything on this list. For me, its hands down the greatest show of all time leaps and bounds ahead of anything on this corporate designed, Americanized, post-apocalyptic Hollywood produced supermodel laden list…my God, to be this far off is akin to a blind man trying to hit a Randy Johnson fastball. And #1 is TWD?!?! WOW!! I loved the show for the first few seasons especially, but most all of the fans know it took a nosedive for about 5 seasons with a slight rise in the last 2 seasons, but still, best ever? Gimme a break, get in touch with real world opinion and stop being mindless zombies before making another top 10 list , I wish I could block you so I never risk wasting time watching anymore of your top 10s. I didn't lose respect for you as it was never there and this absurdity acts as an effective preemptive strike towards ever gain said respect. Good day!

  4. "The Last Ship" was worse than most sci-fi or horror movies, mainly because they show the crew and leaders of the ship to be incompetent and lacking all order and discipline.

  5. My favourite is the last train, set in England after a large meteor strike.and the Survivers, after a global pandemic.I liked a couple on your list,The revolution and Station 11.

  6. Colony would have been nice if they hadn't made the main guy's wife a cheating ***ch and betrayer. That was a major turn off to the series.

  7. I wonder y they cancelled Jericho 😢. Coz i am on my expedition in sweet old series n i came across JERICHO dem it was so addictive ❤

  8. The Walking Dead was once a good show but after a few seasons it became sooo boring, in the end it's overrated. Sweet Tooth is also way too high on this list, while Station Eleven shouldn't have made the list at all. Falling Skies and The Last Ship are waaaay too low on this list being some of the greatest post-apocalyptic shows to date. Into the Badlands should have easily made #1 if people actually knew it existed – when it comes to fight scenes, not even $200M Hollywood movies can hold a candle to their quality and execution… Masterpiece in that regard.

  9. These clips and the voiceover are really odd, everything is just a little bit off. The descriptions and summaries of the shows are accurate on the surface but they arent how someone who really enjoyed and watched these shows would describe then. They lack depth. It's like this whole thing was made by an AI….

  10. While it deserves to make the list, the Walking Dead became almost unwatchable near the end. Everyone I know stopped watching it the last few years. Was great in the first several seasons though. The 100 also got overly weird and I never finished it. I'd put The Strain on this list, up there with Jericho and The Last Ship. Colony definitely deserved an ending.

  11. The last train (1999) a six part a apocalyptic series from the UK should have been on this list. Better than some of these series.
