A few years ago, I was visiting my mother's home. It was late and dark outside. I got a call and walked out onto the front porch to take it. While on the call, I was completely focused on my conversation. Although my eyes were open, I wasn't thinking about anything my eyes were registering. I hadn't even realized that I was watching a bluish white orb about the size of a volleyball floating 6ft or so off the ground, moving from the right to the left & about 20ft away from me. It was moving slowly, like a person taking a casual stroll down the side of the street. The second that my conscious mind registered this was unusual, the orb stopped instantly, made a 90° turn, and shot past the side of the porch where I was standing. It had such velocity it shook the leaves and branches of the Japanese maple I was next to. I'll never forget that experience! 🩵💜🤍
