Regarding he table, there is also movement at the top right hand corner of the table. A white object moves and then slowly disappears past the edge of the table into the seat.

The first clip doesn't seem like a residual haunting. The shadow person turned around and went back in the basement when the Gentleman went to the door. That seems like an intelligent haunting to me. Plus you have to "ask" the figure to stop knocking.

In the last video in the hospital the camera is slightly moving so the paranormal activity is in the centre. It's a CCTV camera which should not move. I found that odd.
If you Google "security cameras and shadow figures" the phenomena which apparently make ghostly figures appear are quite well explained – it's due to the way security cameras function… By the way, I'm not a skeptic at all… Quite the contrary. I'm just not ready to accept dodgy explanations for weird things.

cause if the holy water and hot water didn't work then the sage thing I would just leave burning and the crosses I would hang on the doors etc etc etc but yes for sure that thing would be gone cause I bet it followed him from somewhere
if i was that guy with the spirit in the house. FIrst thing i would do is throw holy water on it and if that didnt work throw really hot water on it and sage and some blessed crosses but that would just be me
