Are we learning yet?
I guess they get to walk the fuck out of there.
Those guys at the end were like "Brucker? Brucker who?"
It sucks to be beat up by the biggest douche bag in the bar without landing a single punch.
I see a little bit of Riddick here
I don't like city people.
I've been in the company of some bad MFers in my days and never once did any give any BS speech before a scrap… actually, it's the quiet ones that do the most damage…..
This s ene never gets old. Reminds me a bit of Clint Eastwood as Philo Beddoe in the "Which Way" movies.
500
500 what douchebag?
Family
Shoulda hit him when the jacket came off.
The genius of that last line is lost on a lot of people. โAnd the most important thingโฆ.โ Primes the guy to disengage his physical defenses and be paying attention to words, not watch body language or expect an attack.
Vin never does explain or tell him โwhatโ the most important things was either. Perhaps realize there are NEVER any rules in a street fight and that pretending to be tough is far different than being tough.
Bruckers face evolution:
spits "๐คฌ๐ก๐ฆ ๐ ๐๐๐๐๐๐๐…….๐………..๐๐๐๐คจ๐๐……๐ฎ๐๐๐๐๐ง๐ฆ๐ฅบ๐ฅบ ….. look i got no problem with you alright."
๐๐๐
Before family. There was 500 fights
When Vin Diesel said "500", I wish the other guy wouldn't have acknowledged what he just heard. Leave Vin hanging like that.
"500"
"What do you want ?"
"I said 500."
"Are you going to fight me ?"
"Well don't you want to know what I mean by 500 ?"
"Nope."
"Damn it."
The only other performance Vin gave that brought this level of intimidation was in A Man Apart. The only F&F movie that came close to this was 4, which is unfortunate because I think if he was written more like this guy in those movies he would feel a little more authentic.
I love how the guy says โlook I have no problem with youโ and vin diesel just keeps going with his message completely ignoring him ๐๐
Them your boys not one saved your ass ๐
That was the best cigarette that guy had
Iโll tell you you learn a lot on your way to 509 more important than family
While I love this scene, the reality of Brucker's guys just standing there after the first headbutt is pretty unrealistic. They'd have swarmed Vin in a real bar fight.
Dude this guy always gets beat up in movies. In Heat by Robert DeNiro, Nicolas Cage in Con Air and then in this ha. He's like Hollywood's punching bag.
18 solid hitsโฆ
Who's gonna stand there and listen to some guy tell a story about how he became a tough guy ??? I would have dogged him out the second he opened his mouth … ๐ฎ
We ALL know a few people like that in Bars over the years who SO DESERVE a shit kicking like that !!
0:59 – isn't that the drunk guy from Con Air?
There's always somebody tougher….
