24. The one with the 4 guys was determined to be an actual person walking by. In the rest of the video that isn't shown shows the guy walking across the same place as the "ghost" and the resolution rate of the camera made him look just like the "ghost"

25. That first one isn't a ghost. Earlier in the stream the person who lives in the apartment with him walks by and they're literally the same size. People just freak the fuck out over literally nothing.
