Shocking video has emerged from a road rage incident taken to the brink last summer in Miami. Video recorded from his driver-facing dash cam shows Eric Popper, a civilian fire inspector, singing as he drives. Then, police say he cut off another car. When that driver got angry, Popper glared into the rearview mirror. Popper says the other driver was tailgating him. He opens his center console and removes a handgun, which he fired repeatedly as the car pulled up next to him.
