The Chirajara Bridge was being constructed in the Cundinamarca department of Colombia, near the town of Chirajara. The bridge was part of the larger project called the “Autopista al Llano” (Highway to the Plains), aimed at improving the road infrastructure between Bogotá and Villavicencio of catastrophic failures.

The first bridge that collapsed was in a state of Bihar, not Kolkatta. Plus the bridge was under construction, not a functional one. That bridge had collapsed once before, but high rate of corruption in that state ensured it collapsed again in September.

About the 7-minute mark, a change in commentators happened with the new one being a "TERRIBLE" speaker!!!!!!! I had to shut the sound off ne / she was that "BAD"!!!!! This was pee-poor for "W" to do this to us viewers, maybe "W" does not like viewers (?)!!!!! JMS NOTE: for whatever reason, he / she left and the 'regular' commentator came back (?).
My mind is officially blown, and I dont think I can recover from the surprises in this video. Absolutely astonishing!
