1. This incident was the most stupid and totally unnecessary accident in all the 50+ years ive watched " The Tour de France".
   However whenever I see idiotic fans running along side these amazing athletes my heart is in my mouth. One small trip could lead to disaster for somebody.

2. To say it in a civil matter .. It would be interesting to measure the average IQ of all the people standing besides the track.

3. The spectators are an absolute nuisance…what the hell is it with these spectators…they are completely out if control. Something needs to be done before someone's going to get hurt badly. 😮😮

4. Plot twist- She sued the cyclist for breaking her signboard. hahaha

5. She deserves to rot in hell. They suffered their whole lives to be there and she crushed their hopes and dreams, and made them mentally worse to continue riding.

   "The spectator, a 31-year-old woman who has not been publicly identified, was found guilty by a criminal court in Brest of reckless endangerment and involuntarily causing injuries.

   The woman, who stepped onto the road during the race and had her back to the cyclists, was fined 1,200 euros, or about $1,350 — far less than the maximum penalties she was facing.

   The charges under consideration carried a possible one-year prison term and a fine of €15,000. At the woman’s trial, in October, prosecutors requested a four-month suspended prison sentence. She did not have a previous criminal record."

9. The organizers did not check the security by posting guards on the road. There are no measures to protect the players, and it is not just a spectator problem.
