Hello everyone, Niko from Odsherred Zoo Rescue here! Today’s video takes you behind-the-scenes of life with our 600 animals in the rescue zoo. You’ll get to meet a caracal kitten, who was abandoned and nearly met a tragic end but now has a new home at our zoo. We also celebrate the emergence of our tortoises who have been indoors all winter.
You’ll also join me for a tour of our new ‘Play Rescue’ studio, where we produce content for our YouTube channel and live streams. This is where we bring you closer to our animals, share their stories, and shed light on the world of exotic animal rescue.
We’re also excited to announce our new online Rescue Animal magazine, a platform dedicated to sharing the day-to-day happenings at the zoo, including heartwarming rescue stories and updates on our animals.
As the first zoo and rescue center for exotic animals in Denmark, we are passionate about our mission and grateful for the recent government funding. In this video, I’ll share how we plan to use these funds to further our cause, starting with the development of an informational hub, consisting of three houses each showcasing a different aspect of our rescue operations.
