In my opinion it is the fault of the car, the motorcyclist got hit from behind. Sure he shouldn’t of slowed down and had his helmet done up better. But that car was going way to fast around the bend, and the driver had ample time to stop.
And he don't got a license plate?🤔🤔🤔
What's a neon green motorcycle, how did the vehicle miss the fact that the motorcycle was even there, even if the motorcycle slowed down it might have been to turn into an adjacent business I pretty sure the vehicle operator was probably on their cell phone
Kinda lucky he got thrown off😂😂😂
er war schlicht und ergreifend ein viel zu langsames Hindernis! der Aufprall waren bestenfalls nur noch 20-30 km/h
der Idiot stand also quasi dumm auf der Straße rum
You shouldn't slow like that.
You can argue fault all you want. Basically, the car following, is the one who has to control their speed and be prepared, to Slow Down, or Brake, depending on the situation. This is called Defensive Driving.
A stark reminder to check your smoke detector battery twice a year.
It's the riders fault.
This is why you don't text and drive.
No the reason why he turned around is because his friend hit the grass and fell over and the guy that passed him on the motorcycle was his friend
Grew up with two motorcycle riders (dad and brother), it was tattooed into my head to watch out for motorcycles around me
They're both terrible drivers. Argue with me about it.
Dafuqe what did happened with his helmet
Lmao they way he backed up from the car like he was scared of it
Dumbass bikers always causing problems so ridiculous
Who cares who's at fault, when you're dead, you're dead!!!!!!!!!
the car driver went so fast and not having a glare on the road because he begins to breaks only after the hit.
Hope car is ok
It is a small road, with residents along the road.. Car went way to fast
The driver is me in gta
Biker at fault.
Lmfao
Essential to not slow down for nonsense
I think that this is bike biased bullshit. There is nothing better than seeing a speeding wheelie poppin lane splitting biker being turned into ground meat! The biker was dressed in dark clothes, a patch of red on his helmet, the speed limit is not mentioned, he slowed down to, what maybe 20mph to blow kisses to the guy coming the other way and the car doing the speed limit, not expecting to see a bike practically standing still did his best to avoid him by steering to the right, had nowhere to go because of the road barrier!!! Also you drive on roads to get from a to b or a nice day out, not to be full of adrenalin! The racetrack is the place for that!!
The bike didn't slow down, the bike almost stopped. The car had very little chance to spot him. The bike rider was a fooooking idiot!
2 issues,
1: The car was speeding, as was the bike initially
2: The bike then decided to slow down to a crawl to get the attention of the other biker.
Neither are showing very good road discipline, fuck around and find out showed them both.
Sollte seinen Helm mal lieber richtig zu machen !
He slowed down to make an illegal u turn.. All on him.
Murder cycle
Just around a bend wearing all black and all but completely stopped in the middle of the road with no flashers or high-vis. Yeah I'm gonna call that one fault on the motorcycle. While 90% of rear-end accidents are attributed to the person behind, not all are.
This happened to a buddy of mine. He was stopped at a crosswalk while pedestrians were crossing, the car behind him didn't stop.
He wound up on the hood/windshield, the bike shot forward hitting the pedestrian.
Both he and the pedestrian went to he hospital with minor injuries.
Stark reminder not to be another idiot on a bike. Dont stop in the middle of the highway. Hope the dude on the bike got sued hard
This is basically a brake check
When 2020 finally hit:
It's never a bad idea to strap your helmet…. Luckily, he seems to be fine. What a horrible accident.
.
Sometimes, it's not one person's fault or the other. It can be both.
His helmet went flying. Lmao
You idiots do not realize how much time the card had the car started breaking a couple feet away from the crash so it hard plenty of time lmao
That car barely had control since like 500m before the crash
So we're gonna ignore the parked car doing the stanky leg🦵 .
