She had on a dress that ghost had on a dress. She had on a black belt. The ghost had on the black belt. She was heavy set and so was the ghost.
The "UFO" looks like nighttime skydivers with flares. They drop, hover briefly, and they "disappear" as the flares burn out.

As someone who grew up Ca, I can say for certain that boardwalk and a good majority of Santa Cruz is haunted.
