#17 Kitchener Ontario, there is an exit there to get off the highway onto the Main Street, it is usually backed up like that or traffic is slowed down significantly in that lane.

#4 SUCKED that he wasn't paying attention and when he noticed and hit his brakes, he proceeded to spin out of control and struck someone who had absolutely nothing to do with it all.
As someone who this happened to, I am always going to give the most empathy to the poor driver who wasn't doing anything other than sharing the road and gets whacked and saddled with repairs and bills because of other people.
