  1. Spray, taze, spit hood, straight jacket in a padded isolation cell for 6 months at least. Domestic violence should have got 2-5 in the state pen. Remember, a nightstick a day keeps the bad guys at bay!!😮😅😊

  2. 💙🕊Love this judge . This guy wanted to play a game of F around and find out!
Love the judicial system! But never give in to them never reduce sentence or plea how will they learn with this?

  3. A&E episode of Court Cam: Defendant was Milton Watts, turned himself in after he skipped a court ordered date for a Domestic Violence charge. Incident took place in Berea Ohio. Judge was Chris Green.

  4. Judge lied about him "swearing AT the judge" and jumped immediately to contempt when he could've reminded or warned him, then antagonized a grieving man that didn't have a lawyer with his "advice". That judge should not be presiding over ANY cases. This is not a "no nonsense" judge, this is a power tripping individual who violated the 1st amendment rights of a mentally unfit man.

  5. They said “The judge decided to reduced the sentence to 90” like he’s being nice and doing that guy a favor lol… Contempt of court is 90 day max in Ohio.

  6. All the people whining about the judge's "power trip" are a big part of the problem this country is having. A gargantuan sense of entitlement coupled with victim mentality and a complete denial of the consequences that go along with it. Then someone runs their mouth to the wrong person and its boo hoo all the way until the cows come home. This guy put himself exactly where he is. The domestic violence. Couldnt be bothered to show up in court. Zero respect for the guy in control of his future OR the only people in his corner who showed up for him that day. Frankly, a year in the jail would have forced him to learn some respect, because popping off like that in there would invoke consequences that make this scene seem like child's play.

  7. I know what that kid is thinking, he is in give up mode, he's flustered, panicing and can't see a way out so hes digging the hole deeper to punish himself because he blames himself. Ive acted the same dumbass way during a meltdown. I couldn't think straight and thought everything was over because i messed up to bad so i gave up. The dead give away is the crying in the middle of his meltdown.

  8. He was my good friend I met in high school and I still speak to him to this day. He’s actually a good dude just struggles with his mental health. Y’all should think before you make assumptions. Love ya mill 🤘🏻

  9. The ‘no nonsense’ judge who believes it is reasonable to give someone a year in prison for swearing. Gee, it’s almost as if America’s draconian approach to crime doesn’t actually deter criminals in the slightest.

  10. What sucks is some secretary who didn't do her job at the court house by putting in pertinate information into the computer caused this , this man was summonsed for no reason and he knew it , it was there error.. . I've seen this a lot , just know if u are arrested detained bc of a clerical error that is false imprisonment and these secretaries need to start being charged with instigation of false imprisonment which is a felony and since they work for the state they should get double sentences for each crime . If we don't start fighting back we're in a communist country

  11. The problem is that this man is in here for domestic violence, which is pretty much allways caused by a mental problem that gets triggered by some circumstance. As the man himself shouts: "you're f8cking up my life". Putting him in jail just makes sure he will have a much harder time keeping a job, if he can find one at all in the stupidity that is "MURICA!".

The point is that this man has a problem that he cannot solve by himself and the judge and most of the "comment section" are too stupid to see that. There is no amount of jailtime that you can give this man that will magically make his mental problems go away.
As far as thig man's life is concerned, he'll just have to accept that he's going to be violent sometimes and he's going to go to jail for that quite often.

if America was a proper country then they'd have this man evaluated and put on a program to help him handle his anger issues.

The ultimate insanity is that putting him in jail for 90 days is about ten times as expensive as giving him the f*cking mental health care that he needs, and it wil guarantee that he will do it again, and again, and again.

    Murica = sh*thole.

  12. The judge should have recognized he was mentally stressed and unstable.
Poking him just sets him off.
When he said he doesnt care about bond, the judge chose to escalate it.
If he had talked him through it, he could have completed the process.
When he swears (at no one) he keeps escalating.. until the defendant escalates back…
    Congratulations!
I bet he thought about how he could have handled that better..

  13. The judge is quite flaky though; why is the judge's ego so fragile? He could have given him 30 days and stopped there and just ignored the fool. Why go to 360 days? At least he came down to 90 days but even that is too high. Why stoop to this idiot's level?

  14. When trailer when trailer trash realise their behaviour has consequences. He should have got 2 years anger management classes to go with it.

  15. I know this seems hard for people to grasp, but imagine if Milton had people like his sister helping him in guidance through life. He lost his family member, and his mother says that he just always acts ridiculously? This is a direct result of your failure.

I get that not all of it is on her shoulders, but parents can’t put down their children like that and expect them to be outstanding people
