Emergency responders in an Oakland firetruck were taken to a hospital after they crashed into a building near Lake Merritt. Officials said the car seen in surveillance video did not stop for the truck to pass. They are asking for the public’s help in the investigation.

So we need a new law: emergency vehicles be fitted with push bar, negligent drivers pay for all damage done in situations like this. Also, enforce the pull over law with a life sentence and $10 million fine
