12. It's illegal for a judge to enter a plea for a defendant, how did the judge get away with that? A good lawyer would have a field day with that judge.

13. Judge has violated the law, has denied the man due process, and cannot issue a "contempt of court" unless he is admitting the jurisdiction of a Common Law Court; in which case, there was no crime to be tried, because there was no "injury."

    Our judiciary is completely fraudulent, and people would be wise to figure that out. This judge, and all others like him, are the heart of the problem in this once great country. Kudos to the alleged defendant for attempting to stand against tyranny. His effort can only be rewarded with pains and penalties. One day, you sleepers will understand what it is that we have attempted to do for YOUR benefit. Until then, we'll continue to take the punishment for attempting to save our Republic and the last bastion of freedom.

If these SovCitizen types are really this convinced that they don't need a drivers license, nor auto insurance, nor even to register a car, or other such requirements that our cultural system has deemed important over the past one hundred years, then they are, from a psychiatric and basic educational perspective, either mentally deranged enough and/or mentally challenged enough to warrant NOT being allowed to drive any motor vehicle. Plus, court system should quit wasting so much time trying to figure out their extremely convoluted and deranged thought process and simply restrict them from driving any motor vehicle. And, if necessary, have the SovCitizen spent some time in jail or prison so as to impress upon the importance of adherring to the laws our society has established
