8. I'm a former Marine, also former Wildland firefighter. I can't believe in the age we live in, that there could be such a massive failure to alert the people, to guide the fleeing in the right direction. The failure to rescue those in the water by the coast guard or anyone with boats. It's so ridiculous, it looks intentional, possibly I can't believe I'm saying this DEWs.(Direct Energy Weapons).
