23. That first bridge is most certainly not a footbridge. Road bridges in the Himalaya are almost exclusively one lane. Just like many mountain roads around the world that are not expensive highways. But good video.

42. I read about the history of the McKillop Bridge in East Gippsland a substantial wooden bridge over the Snowy River. This bridge replaced a smaller bridge which was washed away a week before the opening ceremony…. I would have liked to have been a fly on the wall at that project meeting. (gone?!).
