Man spotted a small blind dog waiting outside. He was scared, sick and lost, so Lazar knew he had to bring him inside. He thinks Rocco found his way there from the sound of the other puppies and once Rocco settled in, he began to slowly open up. It took some time after his treatments, but Rocco became the most energetic pup of them all. He loves going for walks, stealing food from the puppies and just living his best life in his new home.
