Well, I guess the only good thing here is that they are alive and not drowned or something equally as cruel. Whoever did this should be " effin" ashamed . They should have left the mama cats as well do that they could be spayed and find a better home. SPAY & NEUTER….if you love cats you would NEVER let them reproduce, so many are euthanized or struggling to survive. This must be overwhelming for the rescue but what fun to rescue so many little fur balls of love !! Going to be a lot of biscuits being made❤❤❤❤….oh, and thankyou
