Mantua family loses four of its eight members in deadly Idaho car crash

1. The reported kept saying the “Bland” family, or that’s what it sounded like. I didn’t realize their last name was “Blain” until the parents of the son who married into the family, said the name correctly. I would not expect that kind of mispronunciation in Utah or Idaho. Maybe from a reporter in a southeastern state, but not out west here. Maybe the reporter should work on pronunciation.
   My heart breaks for this family. Thank you for getting the word out, so that we can help this family. I’m going to repost this video so it will hopefully reach others like me who have not heard of it.

23. my heart goes out to BOTH FAMILIES! so sad they only mention the Blain family.. this poor young man’s family is also hurting. how horrible to leave them out of even the go fund me.

25. I dont know how someone gets out of bed after a tragedy like this. I hope he finds the strength. I dont know if i could.

26. The truck driver, not mentioned here, was not at fault as it seems the family driver was at reduced capacity from fatigue, crossed the center line and struck his truck head on. Not taking away from the tragedy of this family but the driver they hit is also dealing with the aftermath of the tragedy and was most likely its first whiteness to the horror of it. He is going to suffer from the event for the rest of his life too. If he was an owner-operator he may also be dealing with loss of livelihood until his truck is repaired or replaced. Hope he has a go fund me set up.

43. I swear some people are so heartless. Who cares if it was her fault can you imagine loosing half your family at once. Most if not all of us have drove sleepy why is that even an issue that she caused the accident.
