Tiger has faster reflexes, and more flexible than a lion, thus making it deadlier; but in real world, tiger will loose because lion has his pride that will help during attack.
Unlike Lions, male and female tiger looks alike. A male tiger and a male lion fight would be different than male lion and female tiger.
