'Comes Back to Life' after Being Found Buried in Snow, a Frozen Cat

The cat Fluffy was discovered buried in the snow, freezing and motionless.

In Montana, where the temperature may drop as low as -13C, she experienced snow and ice that had frozen to her fur.
Her owners hurried her to the local Animal Clinic of Kalispell out of fear for the worse. The cat was so chilly that the thermometers at the facility didn’t even read her body temperature.

Fluffy started to show signs of improvement after being awakened by the veterinarians for a few hours using warm blankets and a hairdryer.Along with the pictures, the clinic posted: “Amazing accomplishment and survival story from this week. Some customers discovered their wounded pet covered in snow.

She was almost frozen and unresponsive when they brought her to us. Although she had a very low body temperature, she eventually increased it and is now perfectly normal. Fluffy is fantastic.

It’s wonderful to see that she fully recovered.
