In the second video (spooky bike), isn’t that the same woman who filmed inside the East Drive house? It really sounds like her. Maybe something from there followed her home from there.
However, the bike falling over in that first room could have been because the front wheel was already turned at an angle that would allow it to slide on the vinyl floor. Now I’m no bike expert so I ask anybody with a bike, how likely is it that a bike will slide if placed at that exact angle on vinyl flooring?
The second room she could have easily set everything up before going to get her neighbour.
