23. That's a good looking dog, glad she has a home. I think these dogs being dumped like this should be chipped so you know who NOT give a dog to. Don't they have shelters in this area so people who can no longer care for an animal can drop off the pet, no questions asked? I think screening of potential owners is very important otherwise all of this work is futile.
