What about flyers (in letterboxes?) advising the neighbours of the events. Then they may act to stop further abuses by this person.
Is there no animal protection agency in, I assume, Spain? Are there no animal cruelty laws? Was this not reported to the appropriate authority? You do good work, no discussion, but why are people relying on a private rescue organisation for crimes against animals? I don't want to assume you don't do this, but shouldn't a major part of your work be getting animal cruelty laws into your legal system and getting an animal cruelty agency set up?
