  1. Radiator Caps! They go bad. Indications are: Swoosh sound when starting in morning. Upper radiator hose collapses as engine cools. Reservoir level doesn't change. Freedom panel leaks: The rubber seals are poorly sealed with cheap 2 sided tape. Remedy: Weather Strip black putty. Especially the right Freedom panel center rubber seal. The corner foam pads have to be replaced if you remove the panels during summer. Stay away from the Dealership. My Jeep was vandalized by the Service Dept. here in Bellingham Washington. And try to stick with Chrysler parts.

  2. I have a 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and my AC works, but a lot of times it blows out humid air until I press the gas pedal and then it blows cool again. This has become an issue.

  3. Outer axle seals? Might more for folks who take their jeeps offroad but I have had mine fail on at least 5 occasions in the first 50K miles. It's a major repair thankfully covered under powertrain warranty

  4. Only had 38 K miles on 2015 2 door Willys,
    1) chk engine light indicated bad fuel injector .
    2) Sometimes would smell gas on start up and the engine idled rough .
    3) Roof leaked a little bit after washing or raining .

  5. He neglected to mention the Biggest problem of all …rocker arm failure starts with ticking if not repaired immediately total engine damage known problem, no replacement parts so replacing failed parts with defective parts
Rockers, lifters, 2 camshafts, gaskets each side
    $2500 per side !
Happens on ALL 3.2 and 3.6 Chrysler engines

  6. The most common problem with the pentastar motor is the oil cooler housing. Please show people how to do this. I saved a 1000 dollars doing it myself and I got a better than oem part

  7. I've had the gas cap issue, and the leaking issue. I just recently gave my Jeep a full tune up with all new spark plugs and coils. It's not Just Enough Essential Parts, it's Just Empty Every Pocket.

  8. Starting is an issue. I have a 08 JKU Sahara, and it will start once fine. But after it warms up, it will not start again for love or money. New ignition, ne w starter, new computer, as well as a high amperage cold crank battery .

  9. I have a 2011 Jeep Rubicon Unlimited and I had all my air conditioning everything replaced and my Jeep still when the air conditioning is on sounds like you're sucking a straw in a cup every like 10 15 seconds and the dealership doesn't know what it is they said they replaced everything if you can help me I'd appreciate it

  10. 2014 Sahara 85k miles repairs thus far:
-Oil filter housing/cooler/sensors replacement, take entire top of the engine off, new valve cover gaskets etc
-ESIM valve, EVAP charcoal canister, gas cap replacement
    – new alternator, all pulleys & belts related
    – new thermostat
    – new rear drive shaft, my fault towing too heavy load
    – brake rotors & pads
    – led headlights
    That’s it so far.

  11. My 2012 keep wrangler keeps over heating. I’ve replaced the thermostat the cooling sensor and the water pump at ideal it is fine but when you drive with AC on it starts to over heat of the blower is on more than half way

  12. I am riding a wrangler jk 4door.
I'm having trouble starting the engine, the parts I replaced are
    ·Spark plug
    ·ignition coil
    ·injector
    is.
What else can you think of?

  13. 2010 JK 160K mi, had and still have the gas cap problem, replaced it, did not help…meh. May not make top 5 problems but has to be in top 10 – shift linkage bushing will fail and connection will separate = cannot shift auto transmission. Plastic bushings wear out (duh), luckily they are replaceable, cheap, and an easy fix, several youtube clips explain. Happens often enough that most auto parts stores carry the replacement bushings and have them in stock.

  14. Both left and right side Cam Positioning Sensors , and the Crankshaft angle sensors were bad on mine…Engine kept stalling out on my 2013 Sahara Unlimited. I replaced both cam sensors (@ $35 each) and the crank shaft sensor ($25) , now it runs normally , no loss of power , or stalling issues .

  15. yup, early in its life I. had to have the heater core replaced, thank God I had the lifetime maintenance plan…which they don't offer anymore….I have a 2017…
