1. Hi Asus Support… I have asus tuf fx505dt and when i charging the laptop, the usb keep disconnected.. It suddenly cannot recognized the mouse etc.. When disconnect the charger the laptop back to normal.. Help please!!!

2. Asus laptops are Worst..
   I bought Asus Rog G513IC in 2021and yesterday even with asus Connected charger(charging indicator blinks) but still battery is draining very fast 1-2% per min
   And not even charging the laptop..But its charging with the help of mobile charger.. I'm regretting my decision of buying Asus Rog laptop..
   Worst decision i made

3. hello, how do i fix my asus laptop i plugged the charger but the light indicator is not working (meaning, it does not supply power in my laptop) i already did the troubleshooting like press and hold the power button, but it's not working

4. I have asus rog flow x 13 thats 6 month old and when i plugin it the battery never charge and when i plug it out the battery icon still say its charging. I can even run turbo mode even tho its not plugin. But my laptop doesnt charge. Any clue why?
   I have run troubleshooting in my asus but find nothing.

   Please can you tell me what to do when my laptop isn't charging everyday? Its like, if I charge today then it'll not charge tomorrow but after day tomorrow it'll charge again but next day it'll not charge again. What to do? Please answer!

7. My ac adapter is defective. I opened a ticket with Asus support and they determined that the AC Adapter is an accesory, therefore, I am resposable for the shipping charges. Also, in order for them to ship a replacement part, they want my credit card number. By the way the product is stil under warranty.
   
   This is the last time I purchase an Asus product. Their policy is just not acceptable. If the devective product is under warranty, they need to replace it.

8. Hi!
   Today my laptop charge as normal, but after some time the orange light started to blink so I unplugged it and plunged back, and the light turn white like it was fully charged, when i tried to turn on the laptop, nothing happened. It only turns when its connected, and it says 100% charged, but when i unplugged, it turns off. Please help me!

11. Hi asus support, my laptop is always on 0%, when I plug in it says it is charging but the charging percentage does not increase. When I take the plug out it stops charging . I ran a system diagnosis and it says no problems. HELP ME OUT PLS

    my laptop model is UX3404VC, and i was wondering if it is a problem to have "low battery charge" status when charging, i don't mind if my battery charging slower, but i don't want do damage it, so is it ok to charge it this way? (I'm using the monitor to charge the laptop, so i dont have many cable on the desk)

22. Ok so I have to literally tape the charger into the port for pressure so that it does charge and the port is like a few cm deep I’m guessing I jus open up the laptop and move the port into correct spot right

25. I have an Asus Zenbook Flip 13 UX363E (purchased new July 2022) that just shut off on me when I was using it the other day. I used it maybe once a month and now it’s not even charging or turning on.

    I’ve confirmed that the original cable and other USB-C cables are not defective and were able to charge my other USB-C devices…

    I have a small question, I have the Asus Znbook 14X OLED, and I wanted to know if it was normal that when I plugged in my charger the screen went black for not even 1 second.
    This was to find out if there was any problem and that I should see customer service

27. I connect my Asus Vivobook TM420U and the charging light keeps blinking and not charging properly. I tried many things and nothing seems to work. What could I do?

    Also I called and asked and searched for an official ASUS charger for my specific laptop but I was told there isn't any. I just want a real charger, ive been using a cheap 3rd party one for 3 months and I hate it. May I pleasee just get a link to an official charger?? That's all I ask

    I have a vivo book 14, from the pas few months it was working properly but today when i tried to charge it it wasn't charging neither it showed charging light indicator . When i took it to a local tech shop they said it is motherboard problem due to short circuit or something but i dont think so because the only problem is power charging apart from that not has gone wrong like no black screen or sudden shutdown. Please help me with this problem

34. Asus , I have Asus Vivobook 15. X512FA. While running screen flickering and frozen problem arise and after power shutdown it's not turn on tough fan and light is on but after some time like 30-40 minutes while shutdown it's work well then after some time same problem arise

36. Hi Asus. I have a asus vivobook 510ua. I close it and it was all good until I tried to start it again. At first I thought it was the battery, so I plugged the charger but the leds did not turn on. I tried a different charger and again, no response from leds and did not turn on. Everything was good and suddenly it stopped working. Any suggestions?
