🇱🇧RAW LIVER & DUMBA FAT: Cut liver and eat it raw dipped in salt and cinnamon. Eat with Lebanese bread.
🇱🇧BRAIN (NKHAAT): Place brain in pot with water and salt. As soon as they boil, remove the foam and add bay leaves, cinamon sticks, one onion and two garlic cloves. Boil for 15 minutes and then cut them in small pieces and serve with a side sauce made from garlic and lime juice.
🇱🇧TESTICLE (BED GHANAM): Peel testicles and cut them into peices. Put them in a pan to fry with oil, salt, and pepper. Add garlic and lime juice. Fry for 5 minutes and then serve them.
🇱🇧INTESTINES DISH: Stuff the lamb intestines with finely chopped lamb meat and stuff with rice, minced beef (fried with cinnamon, pepper and salt), chickpeas, onions, more cinnamon and 7spices). Place in a pot to boil for about 1 hour. Serve the intestines with the intestine broth on the side.
🇱🇧BBQ MEAT: Skewer the lamb meat. Place directly on the grill, flipping. Remove from grill when cooked.
