4. That felt a bit like victim blaming. Yes self-care is a thing, but women constantly have to change the way they navigate the world because of this crap. She was simply going home. What should she have done after entering the elevator?

5. #7) You can clearly see from the back side camera angle that something falls/moves and then knocks the wine bottle over. Look right next to the close blue bottle and go frame by frame.
   #6) I don't know, could have been a food delivery person. Did not look like she looked back at him at all, she was looking at the floor light above the door seeing which floor the elevator was passing.
   #5) Most likely a person coming for a late night snack. Just a crappy camera that can not deal with movement, watch how the dogs head goes blurry and pixelates when it moves it's head before the "mist" appears.
   #4) That is the camera strap, it obviously was taken with an old 35mm or digital camera that had wrist straps attached, those straps were always getting in the pictures.
   #3) Two pictures were obviously not taken back to back as the backgrounds do not match and in the second picture there is at least 2 more people 3 more if counting the person in black.
   #2) I also think pressure buildup. But I am suspicious as there is a lighting change and also some kind of movement way in the background either directly or in a reflection.
   #1) Something getting blown by both those ceiling fans going full blast. Piece of paper of some sort most likely.

6. If I was being followed in the building I lived at I wouldn't go directly to my door because obviously I wouldn't want them knowing exactly where I lived. I would possibly knock on neighbours door that I know and hopefully they answer and I would say I'm being followed and I've possible can they either let me in or call the police. Hopefully your neighbours actually know you because as we know not all neighbours know you just because you live next door. Never go directly to your own home when being followed by a sketchy character. I hope that young lady remains safe.

   This is the reason why I effin hate CCTVs, they are just regular cameras that can record your last moments before passing. CCTV should prevent something like this from happening.

13. I appreciate you acknowledging that you need to be aware in public spaces. A lot of channels with similar content would try and make it seem like the guy is possessed or something but you gave proper life advice that may save someone’s life.

You don’t even have to do it in a confrontational manner, she could have, should have, turned to ask him what floor to press for him, which would put her back against naturally. Anyway, forget about all that etiquette, or being nice, PROTECT YOURSELF. As a man, I don’t carry a bag, so THEE ONLY thing I keep in my right pocket is my knife, everything else is in my left. I’ve also given a knife to ever girlfriend I’ve ever had and made them carry it. Randomly I’ll ask for it at any given moment to see and test them how fast they can get to it…and they ALWAYS end up rifling around in their purse for it.🙄 In a real situation…at that point you already lost.
    Ladies, protect yourself, keep a weapon, keep it where you can get to immediately, and keep yourself mentally prepared to use it if you have to, and don’t feel weird or awkward about dropping signs to these creeps that your paying attention and your on to them. Because they are usually cowards who only prey on the unsuspected so unless they got the drop on you they will usually move on from someone who shows they’re aware.
    But also know there’s also the type that you showing your awareness can provoke them into immediate attack, which is why you need to keep your weapon immediately accessible to yourself.

I don't put up recording equipment because I don't need to validate it. And prophetic dreams comes with the territory. Be careful what you ask for, you just may get it and everything that comes with it.

    Whenever I walk anywhere alone I always carry a knife, hand on it ready to use. Either that or an umbrella. Always carry one, rain or shine. Nobody ever ask why ur carrying one, just say I heard it might rain

32. For the first video. If you're a woman and start to feel threatened, start reaching your purse. If you have mace, keep it in reach. If you have a pocket knife, do the same. Or call a friend or family member you know will answer, and start talking to them until you're in a safe place. So the guy can't try and pull anything. Then make a complaint to the police that you think you're being stalked.

I often wonder what I would use if I were a young woman walking alone in an urban area to keep myself safe – pepper spray? a taser? a siren? i wouldn't want a gun. anyway, that guy was a menace and i hope he was later caught by the authorities. and that girl better learn how to walk home alone with a stranger right behind her.
