The ladder trick can be easily replicated. A slight downhill and the ladder, being jarred, provides this effect. It will walk until it either falls over or if the surface it is on flattens out. It's kind of doing the "slinky" here.

My grandpa had a similar experience like the first video. He told me that when he was a kid, there was a huge storm. He was at the window watching the rain and wind. He saw a person walking by under that heavy storm and that person saw him directly to his eyes. He saw the person's face and told me his face looked exactly like the devil. He started to scream. After that, he heard a huge thunder. He did not want to wake his parents who were sleeping. He told me it was the devil and after that thunder, the lightning strike killed his neighboors who were living in a wooden house. All four of his neighboors died instantly. That was in Brazil near the Amazon river. Crazy story that I trully believe because he was a catholic and never believed in paranormal stuff. His family was of Italian hiritage and after seing many paranormal stuff in Brazil, they decided to move to Argentina.
