Bodycam footage shows the moments Florida police handcuffed a 9-year-old at Stenstrom Elementary School in February. Oviedo police detained the fourth-grade student for 13 minutes after he wouldn’t stop throwing an aggressive tantrum in the school’s mail room. The child’s family is now suing the city and the school resource officers involved in handcuffing their son. The Law&Crime Network’s Elizabeth Millner breaks it down.

Poor kid, those parents are horrible!
This kid was raging & was a danger to everyone! There R scissors laying around on desks in schools. Kids are killers too!! They had to restrain him, he was out of control. It was for his & everyone's safety!!
I acted like that once. Momma came with a belt and wore my behind out and said " if he loses himself again or forgets how to act like a decent human call me". I never acted like that again
Back in my day we would have been caned for that and sent to the Principals office for the day to cool off!!
