Yet people still dont know how to drive, especially around trucks. They honk when you stop at "STOP" signs or when its barely turn green.

Years ago, I saw an awful accident with bodies on the road and flashing police cars. I slowed down as required by law so I would not get a ticket for flying by police on the side of the road; on this rainy day near a downhill blind curve, I saw several trucks jackknife. I am not sure if the trucks slammed into the police car; I just kept driving because there were still other cars trying to slow down.
Slow down at all costs because that is what the law states NO exception.
Slow down to speed limit ASAP every time you see danger on the road, do NOT worry about the other cars. Save yourself.

So the idiot in the first/front car stops IN THE RIGHT LANE due to a flat tire (instead of pulling to the shoulder) and causes two people to die. Can he/she be charged with Homicide via stupidity?!

The Pennsylvania turnpike absolutely sucks. You have to get gas and eat at there overpriced gas station and food place’s, no choice and every 20 to 40 miles is a state trooper. Literally a fuck you to the citizens.
