In the clip labelled "Watery Grave", if you watch closely at the beginning when the squeegee/broom sweeps the water into frame, there are several white pebbles & bubbles in the water, then the pebbles seem to be spinning and a mist or smoke rising. I believe those white "pebbles" are pieces of dry ice. which bubble, swirl and create a fog effect when exposed to water. If you call up videos of dry ice in water here on YouTube, there are videos of dry ice in glass containers of water where the chunks of dry ice can be seen jumping around looking like the water is boiling and giving off a fog or mist. Notice the vase and flower laying in the upper right corner of the frame. I'll bet someone put dry ice in that vase when it was upright, and the foggy mist seeming to boil out the vase creeped someone out, causing them to knock over the vase, scattering the dry ice outward. That could be why they used the squeegee/broom to push the water and shrinking pieces of dry ice back in the direction of the overturned vase.
