3. I've been going since i was a kid too, and i can echo done if the other comments people have made. Genie Plus, individual lightning lanes replace services that used to be free. I have to live on my phone now while on vacation and in the parks instead of enjoying the ambiance that used to be Disney. Getting up early to book reservations and the stress of managing your day instead of going with the flow. I don't know how anyone just "shows up" for a vacation there anymore and has a good experience. I consider myself a seasoned Disney guest, and even i feel i need to do loads of research before trips to make sure I'm up to speed with everything. And as much as I'd like to be silent about it, the political angle being taken by Disney can't be ignored. Taking a side in politics alienates a percentage of your customer base, and regardless of the side, that's just bad business. I don't think there's anything wrong with fans expressing their dissatisfaction of choices a brand they love is making.

4. STOP compairing things to the building of Tron. That was a different time and not what anyone planned to happen with everything being shut down. If you knew what engineering and building things took. Its not like it was 5+ years ago.

7. I wonder what would happen if vloggers were more truthful about Disney their godawful money grab. They wouldnt n couldn’t boot everyone off the “gravy train” list. Since they thrive on publicity. I bet it would make the prices go down n create a better experience. This is supposed to be about helping out the viewers. Not primarily benefiting yourself to get free kickbacks. I never liked the overabundance of hotels. All it did was flood the parks even more.

9. I am a die hard disney fan, but I think the huge price hikes and subsequent demise of perks has left a bitter taste. For the past 16 years I have gone to Disney from the UK for my holidays, but the price increases have been so steep we are opting not to do this moving forward. Universal, sea world, busch Gardens are epic in terms of rides and attractions and come with a much better price tag, I feel these parks are leaving Disney in the past as Disney is just not keeping up with their ride development and park up keep. In terms of marvel, well Im just sad. It was the best franchise ever in my opinion, but after seeing The Marvels and the last few films, I'm holding on by the tips of my fingers to justify going to the cinema to see the new releases. 😢 What's happening Disney!! 😮

12. When they introduce something new, people complain because they compare it to something old. When they do the same thing people complain because they arent doing anything new. Like you said, you cant please everyone.

13. As someone much older than you, I remember a time when Disney was the height of the Guest Experience. There was no better quality for your dollar anywhere. Those of us who have been going as adults in the 2000's up until now have watched that experience dwindle away. It truly is not even close to the same. A trip to Disney has always been expensive to the middle class but now it is completely unattainable to most in the middle class. You would not understand that being a local. My family used to travel to Disney year after year but for the past 7 years we have been locals. It is a totally different experience. My biggest gripe is that Traditions used to be a 7 day training process and now it is down to 2 or less for some Cast Members. Taking free FastPass, adding parking fees for resorts, taking away Magical Express, getting rid of two hour long EMHs, and not paying Cast Members according to inflation are other reasons. That is just corporate greed plain and simple, sacrificing the Guest Experience for the bottom dollar. I hope you read and truly absorb these comments. We are not "bashing" Disney; we want to see it go back to the way it was before they got so greedy because we love it so much. I love your channel and your positivity but your comments were out of touch on this one.

    I’m a DVC owner and very, very unhappy with the greed, and taking its guests for granted as a cash cow for the rest of the business. Genie+ is absolutely horrible, and a big part of this. I want Disney Parks to be good, but they are being damaged, very badly damaged. You know when Epic Universe opens they have nothing to counter, apart from another retheme, and with Universal becoming a week long destination this will hit Disney’s bottom line.

22. Kyle, I have been a Disney fan for the last 55 years ( at least). Everything that Walt Disney believed in and did was exceptional, especially his choice of visionary artists and dimensional desiigner's. He was able to pull together a large number of very talented people and set a standard that no one else reached. I am not condemning of Disney as a brand but I am disappointed in the sheer number of talented imagineers that were either fired or left the company because of the restrictions of current management. The Parks have become the cash cow that supports the other sides of the business, and they have milk The Cow dry . It's a sad state for the parks because they need tender loving care and visionary planning continually. Obviously the international Parks make most of the real Disney fans very jealous. I'm astounded at the design and construction Excellence at Fantasy Springs. It's rare that the stateside parks get the investment to build E ticket attractions on that level.
    I am hopeful that in the future they will get a management team that understands that they can't play with the affections of their fans. I also understand that you make a living from your love for Disney and this all affects you. The opening of Epic Universe should keep most of the bloggers busy until Disney actually starts on some new attractions and does needed maintenance work on others.

26. Hi Kyle. I think Disney has gotten a lot of backlash lately for multiple reasons. They have raised prices at an obnoxious rate. They promised things at D23 last year that weren’t fulfilled. Chapek came out and said Disney doesn’t value AP holders. Just because it’s Disney doesn’t mean it’s good all of the time. They need to put money into the parks. The parks are their biggest money maker, yet they aren’t being taken care of. Walk around and really look at things. We love Disney but it’s a big world. We refuse to vacation at Disney exclusively until I’m valued again as a consumer. Jen and Joe xo

Just recently A friend took their grandkids for a week vacation. Their Disney experience was over $10,000 dollars. Enjoy your single park pass price while you can. 31. Love the channel but Disney has become their own worst enemy. Every new movie is woke trash, they change a beloved attraction like Splash again to be woke. They could have easily built Tiana a brand new unique attraction in Animal Kingdom instead and appeased everyone.     Struggling, maybe offer a price that is more in tune to those and then maybe you’ll see return to crowds! 33. Universal had nowhere to go but up. Disney has been raising its prices for years, but they finally reached the breaking point for families. The yearly increases in ticket prices were one thing. Genie+ on the other. 🫣 That and I now spend more money on everything. So with that all added up I only get to go to Disney maybe once every other year. And only because I can get military tickets. And that means there are higher expectations and desires because it costs us so much effort just to get there.

39. If you enjoy something, enjoy it. Don’t read the negativity. People will always find something to complain about and some of the backlash against Disney is politically (and religiously) motivated.
    However, Jollywood Nights does leave something to be desired. Maybe it’ll be better next year.

40. Cast member here, and see more an more first timers than ever! Magic is still happening. We have been very busy at Studios, and guests are elated to be there. There are discounts to be had, just do your research. Disney is a vacation that requires research. New guests get overwhelmed, and some still don't have the My Disney Experience app. Plan, save, and make payments.

44. Everyone will find something to be mad at. We are huge Disney fans (we got to say hi to you in July) and we know there are things they can approve on. But there is so much negativity in the world and it's not getting any better.
