A powerful 6.7 magnitude earthquake struck the southern Philippines on Friday, according to the US Geological Survey. The quake, with no tsunami threat, originated off Sarangani province in Mindanao, at a depth of 78 kilometers. While there were no immediate reports of casualties, the tremor was widely felt across Mindanao. Keeshia Leyran, a 27-year-old in Davao City, described it as the strongest quake she’s experienced, noting panic among the attendees at a large event she was at. The Philippines frequently experiences earthquakes, being part of the Pacific “Ring of Fire,” known for its seismic and volcanic activity.

  5. This year, over the past decade, has become the most anomalous in terms of the number of earthquakes on our planet. And looking at the dynamics of the cataclysms, it becomes clear that the situation will not develop for the better. The cause of catastrophic climate change is cyclical. The main factor is the destabilization of the planet's core. Details of the reasons for the current events were announced at the international forum “Global Crisis. There is a Way Out.”
