26. Walking dogs is not only good for your health, it's good for your mental outlook and mental clarity. Being outside and walking a dog helps fight depression as well. It makes you happy and it makes the dog happy too. Sunlight is good for you too. If I lived near, I'd volunteer to walk the dogs.
