9. Story 22 really spooked me, as it triggered some repressed memories of my 12-year relationship with someone with mental illness. She too sometimes did things she later couldn't remember, and some of those involved a knife and even once attacking me (though not with a knife). I can totally relate to walking away from that as it is super scary to be close to someone who without warning can pose a threat to you even in your most vulnerable moments. You don't even have to harbor ill feelings towards someone to get out of such a relationship.

12. The romania one was horrifying, and my favorite one, as the victim was actually in a life or death situation, but the student acted ridiculously mature about it. What was most curious to me was that she forgot she had pepper spray. Haha must not have to use it very often if ever, which is good. Cant say the same for me or my friends and family here in the usa lol, we'd never forget we have pepper spray, because we NEED pepper spray.
