2. Can someone recommend a guide, spiritual master, etc that does not cost a fortune?
   I am desiring to make sense of things going on.
   Definitely experiencing bizarre stuff going on. A phone call that I know that I did not make, weird stuff on FB, and yes, I am experiencing items disappearing.
   I used to have a phenomenal psychic, however he is no longer here. Feeling quite lost.

16. I wear contact lenses and I experienced a glitch the other night. I’d already got them out, I have to remove them before I sleep, yet I had no recollection of doing that. I was trying to get them out and they were already out. It really spun me out.

    had altered and shocked me to the core.

    were not the same, that is the truth.
    
    What is this place, what put me here?
    
    I must be strong, not give in to fear.

Woke up this morning analyzing what has been happening to me for a while, but has become more intense for the past couple of weeks now: Time speeding up and slowing down also literally feel energies swirling around me -at different speeds and thickness where I feel like I am standing still, even when I am moving, and things around me are passing me in the opposite direction; massive Headaches; sore body, esp the Neck; multiple Body aches including a really really bad Cold hitting me for one day, affecting every cell in my body where I could feel each cell hurting, tingling and vibrating at different rates so as to hurt; my body has appeared to expand -not the physically body, per say, but the spiritual or energetic part of me feels expansive; totally Exhausted, but not sleeping through the night -but taking multiple 'naps' at night, and day if I can. I have noticed it is also affecting the birds, where some are disoriented and doing weird things we have not seen before; I am not privy to seeing this in other animals, but the deer in our area are off too. Roughly this is the best I can explain how these frequency shifts have been affecting me. If these frequencies keep like they are going, once my body adapts, from this expansive upgrade, I can expect the frequencies to shift higher again, like stairs.

    So, after I work up and was thinking about all the weird things going on with me, I opened Youtube and watched your video. What Kinetic told you makes perfect sense to me. Your questions were Great and covered many aspects of our situation, ie Reality as we are manifesting it. THANK YOU FOR THIS CONFIRMATION, it will better help me navigate through this more gently and accepting, knowing it is now the New Norm.
