If there is one thing that is crystal clear from these deconstructing videos it is that people deconstruct because they love their sin (as we all do apart from God's grace) not because they have legitimate objections. This is evident in the fact that all of these so called objections could have been answered with a mere google search not to mention an in depth bible study into the topics.

   God DOES require faith to act. Maybe not as a literal requirement that hinders his power, but as a principle; God will not help you if your faith is not sufficient. If you have any doubt, your prayers will not be heard.

5. All I know is God has saved my butt more times than I can count on my finger and toes. I am NOT able to cover myself and when I need support I have someone to lean on and vent to and put my struggles on and he wants me too. I serve him because he served me and helps me and is always there for me no matter what. God died and took all my wrong doings and human errors and all of my bad parts so I don’t have to hold onto it. So, I’m going to continue to serve him and defend him. I love Jesus. God is amazing and you can’t take him from me.

6. If you're in a debate setting, and the subject is "Does God exist?", then of course, the person arguing the negative position incurs a burden of proof.

   Beyond that, I don't care if the status quo is "God exists." No logical burden of proof is incurred by replying, "I don't believe you."

   You might argue that there's a social burden—opposing a "presumption," as you said—in going against the majority. But that's a different animal than a philosophical burden of proof. You're invoking one thing, and pretending it's the other thing.

7. Yeah, pastors hate Tic Toc. Because Christianity manages complicated questions well but very basic, short, sound bite questions, things that touch on real problems, kill Christian apologetics. Because there's no room to recontext or skirt around topics if questions are short and direct.

9. Cristians absolutely do carry the burden of proof in a debate about God's existence. It doesnt matter what the common belief is or whatever arbitrary criteria you choose to relieve yourself of that burden, the burden falls on christians because you can never EVER prove a negative. If the claim is only white swans exist the negative claim being made is that no black swans exist. Its impossible to check every swan and even if you could you would never know for sure you checked them all, thats trying to prove a negative howevee to provethe positive claim that black swans do exist it only takes one. If i claim i have an invisible dragon as a pet in my back yard its uo to me to prove it not anyone else to prove that it doesnt exist, because i could keep shifting the criteria of its existence in a way that you could never prove it doesnt exist.

The only people who feel attacked by the Bible are those who are living counter to its teachings and they LIKE that lifestyle. 11. This is what you get when people pick verses out of context, and it's one of Satan's traps. You can have verses that seem to be in conflict, IF you take them out of context, but seen in context, they aren't conflicting, because they apply to different circumstances. One of the ones they like to trot out, to try to catch you, is the verses about marriage, where some verses say it is good to marry, and in others it says it is better not to marry, BUT they are taking those verses in isolation from the surrounding verses.What they do is, they list all the verses promoting marriage on one side of a page, and all of the verses that are against marriage on the other side, and saying "Look! Here's contradiction." In the special circumstances laid out by the surrounding verses, it can be both better to marry, and not to marry, at the same time, without contradiction.

15. atheists will listen to a scientist about science because of their expertise in the field. they will listen to a therapist about their problems for their expertise or a nutritionist etc. but when they wanna learn about the bible they dont go to the experts i.e a pastor. they just allow themselves to stay in the echo chamber of God not existing. yet they are suppose to be the "open minded" ones.

36. Excellent take on the word of faith movement! I come across many christians who have been tricked by this and think if they're suffering or are sick, it is their fault for a lack of faith. They think God promise christians to have perfect healthy lives on earth, and it makes sense now why they think this when you break down the doctrine and why its false. Thank you!     So atheist has the burden of proof to prove that God does not exist or rather to answer the questions that they think arent answered by theism. If not God, what? And when they claim what, then they have to prove that their what is true. If they have no what, then what is their unbelief based on? They rather have these questions left unanswered?

    Some years ago, after 2 complete readings of the Bible, I started watching atheist/pagan youtube videos to "harden" myself to their arguments. It was a good way to prepare myself for when I went out to preach and defend the faith. I found these "deconstructionist" videos on youtube and patiently listened to their stories. What I found was heartbreaking, although not in the way you would think. These deconstructionists by and large started out as solid Christians. They spoke about their salvation experience, how the Holy Spirit took over their new heart of flesh, and how they reached out to their congregation with questions about this new life they had graciously been given. Their congregations were ill equipped to assist them. One young lady said she was told, "you just gotta believe". I heard that in my early years and a lot worse.

    Really, deconstructionism is the churches fault. When you were baptized, were you put in a discipleship group that would nuture and bring you up correctly and answer all your questions? I wasn't. I was just told to "read the Bible" with no assistance provided by any church I went to. There's a saying that's applicable here: "Raise your kids before someone else does". The church needs to do a better job raising their spiritual youth because Satan is right there ready to take over where you fail.

40. People get disappointed because they feel that God is not keeping His "promises." But many promises that we claim from the Bible are not even promises. They are just statements. Or they are promises given to others and not to us. Every promise in the Bible was not directed to everyone. For example, God promised Abraham he would make him a father of many nations. We can't claim that promise.
