A shocking incident unfolded in Kolomna, Russia, on July 7, 2023, when a woman was struck by lightning during a heavy thunderstorm. The incident was captured on video by Alevtina Simonova, who had initially intended to document the deplorable weather conditions. The author said: “After work, as usual, I took the train to get home. I crossed a puddle, where a video was shot and decided to record a video about how deplorable the weather is. As a result, I filmed a video as if a girl was hit by lightning several times next to her. She could not walk and possibly speak because of the shock, a man helped her, carried her inside the station and put her on a bench, аfter that she was hospitalized”. The girl’s condition is now stable.
