if possible a warm water bath is effective if warmth is the only issue. If the animal is unmotivated then body closeness is the solution. I slept with a cold foster kitten and in the morning she was warm and active

You can use a hot water bottle to warm up puppies that is cold and it works really well because i had a puppy from my female dog fall out where my girl had her puppies on my bed and i found the puppy and i used a hot water bottle with a blanket over the hot water bottle so it dose not burn the puppies and i moved my girl and her puppies and my ex bedding into a bed room that was not in use so the puppies was well looked after and everyone of them lived and i found homes for all of them
