  1. Ok everyone quit complaining and picking the movie to death. I agree with one of the previous comments. I grew up with this, and I know the story, you all know they take Liberties in a movie. But overall they got it right and the performances are excellent, and the story is excellent, and the tragedy is real. Just go see the movie and enjoy the ride because it's worth it!

  2. The video itself lies on several of these. Failing to mention Waldo in the story isn't a lie, as they claimed, it's just the omission of some detail that they think should have been in there. Calling that a lie is, itself a lie.

  3. Good movie, loved it. Only criticism is they needed to get someone else to play Ric Flair. It was like watching someone do a horrible impression of Flair lol, it was nothing like him

  4. Well i can 👀why the movie version left him out it was a wretling movie and he was mot a real wrestler he was plant that was dom dom in a way sorry Chris and i wven share ur name but lets be Fair Hollywood butxhers alot of movies6 i am more of the documentaries of real 💩 then if u watch 7 can laugh at the movie Nd say WTF

  5. Regardless if the movie wasn't quit accurate. I love it! It brought memories as a kid watching with my grandpa. My kids grew up watching old school wrestling. This movie is a must see!!!

  6. The way you present this is bullshit. The movie tells the story as best it can in the time allotted. You also need a new narrator. Don’t know if the voice is human or AI but either way she sounds like a reject from a basic cable trash show.

  7. Another platform trying to rip another chapter out of a family life . There are millions of movies that aren't point on we're friggin adults we so have to ability to figure it out.
Can't wait to see it ❤

  8. ❤@4:52 I'm the world's leading expert in karmatic law and it's way more painful to let a kid grow up and then perish in the weakest abd most defeated way ever 😂 so that first kid was just God throwing the Jewish people who prayed for that genocide supporting POS (in their mind at least and that's not wrong because this is God's world and he should have realized there's a price beyond what his no talent ass could control pretending to be that heel Von Erich character so close to WW2

  9. The actor playing Mike is actually 6 foot 1. 3:57 The person in the movie who was considerably SMALLER was the actor playing KERRY Von Erich.
Things this youtube page got wrong reporting what the movie got wrong…

  10. Kevin never believed in the curse. There are videos of him saying it is ridiculous while Kerry was still alive. I can accept some things not being 100% accurate. I understand some movies aren't meant to be biopics. I understand that. But this movie was ridiculous. Geno Hernadez and Bruiser Brody tagging? Fritz being the one against selling WCCW. That whole ridiculous scene after Kerry killed himself.

  11. Jack Jr. was six years old when he died not seven and the family curse was not even started with him the curse was actually said to have began with their dad's family not Jack Jr.

  12. It clearly states at the beginning of the film “Inspired by….”. That should have clued you in that they were going to change some things. The director also stated before it was released that they changed timelines to keep the pacing on track to stay under 2 1/2 hours. They altered the way some events happened to keep Kevin the centralized character since he survived, and they omitted some of the other tragedies that befell the family because he felt the film just couldn’t bare anymore sadness and would just collapse under its own emotional weight.

  13. After WWII this was a common bad guy (heel) persona. Every territory had a goose stepping bad guy, the same way every territory had a "Russian" bad guy in the 1970s and how Sgt. Slaughter turned bad guy and flew an Iraqi flag in the early 1990s. Its easy to get the crowd to hate a guy like that and it sells tickets.

Portraying these stereotyped bad guys doesnt mean you believe in what your character believes and that explaination of the "curse" makes no sense.

  14. The Iron Claw sacrificed legitimacy in favor of a movie story with creative license. Like a lot of so-called "True Stories" it comes down to "It's all about the money."

It was "BASED" on a True story. It is still all Hollywood

  15. That's why it's called "based" on a true story. They didn't get ANYTHING "wrong". They made strategic edits and took some artistic liberties. That's par for the course.

  16. Chris Von Erich not being included is criminal, I mean it is the exact reason why he did what he did to himself, even in death he is still getting left out and forgotten about smh

  17. I get that it's normal for biopics to take liberties with the accuracy of historical facts, but the omission of Chris Von Erich is a bridge too far for me.
