4. The people of Pompeii had no idea what a volcano was, let alone that Vesuvius was one.

5. Yosemite is ground zero for a volcano large enough to take out this whole country and cause a global catastrophe. But we get up every day and carry on without a thought about it. 👍🏼

7. If you want a thing badly enough, you need have no worry about your ability to concentrate on it. Your thoughts will just naturally center on it like bees on honey.

For being a part of Universal Mind, it shares that Universal Mind's all-power. "The Father that is within me, He doeth the works." Your mind will respond to your desire in the exact proportion in which you believe. "As thy faith is, so be it unto thee."

8. Alberta Canada has probably the biggest volcano on earth yet no one talks about it.

   Banff is home to 3-4 separate hot springs that all feed from one location.
   It’s directly above the pacific rim of fire and I think the base of it is in lake Louise.

11. Well they're dismissal about it because like hurricanes, tornadoes and certain other atmospheric events, we can't really do anything about it.

    The same with volcano eruptions what were they supposed to do about it? Have an escape plan? You're talking Pompeii you idiot, hundreds of years ago boom goes the volcano, they didn't realize it would happen.

    I bet you'd be standing there at Krakatoa pointing out the resident saying "You should have realized what was about to happen!"

The Pompeii disaster would have been worse if the other 15,000 were there and dont forget times were different then that they praised fire gods so it was no big deal because if they gave the fire gods what people thought they wanted they would be safe and the leftover about 5000 had about 2 days to leave and thought the gods would calm down ….history will always repeat itself just in different ways

37. Pompeii must’ve have been craaazy considering how fast the pyroxlastic flow rushed down to and through the city literally no one had time to react from the moment they heard the sonic boom and moments after just surrounded by lava molted in place.

38. To be fair, Pompeii didn’t know it was a volcano they were next to. They didn’t think it was possible for a mountain to explode.
