Thank you 🙏🏻To the good person who alerted Takis about this poor little dog🙏🏻I wish there was a law where people had to sign an agreement to be able to own a dog ( or any animal) to make them more responsible and if they break the law of agreement to look after the animal they would be jailed. Perhaps this would deter iresponsable people from getting animals. Well I hope soon the governments EVERYWERE! Would do this to stop this abuse of innocent animals . All animals deserve our respect. They work for us . Protect us. And comfort us and give so much happiness.🐾❤️🐾🙏🏻
