It's not the black mans fault that a train came by.Also the reporter said one man demanded something from the other man. The black man couldn't have been demanding anything because the white man had him pinned.

The fact that a black man gets charged with defending himself against the white man is baffling they arrested him in less than 24 hours but we African-American people always have to protest to get Justice done for us it always has to be an investigation before someone is arrested for murdering one of us but when it's one of them were automatically arrested and the fact that everybody was calling this guy homeless because of the way he looked and assuming that the white man was a commuter just goes to show you because when the story finally came out today they're both homeless but the news tried to flip it and say that and now they're both on housed and that's only because they found out that the white man was homeless as well. Not to mention the Michael Jackson impersonator that was killed by the Marine on the subway last year choked out it took several and I mean several months for them to even bring him to Justice and we haven't heard anything else about that as far as we know they have cut him loose and told him to go on about his wonderful life.but when it comes to African-Americans just like the slavery days we weren't allowed to protect ourselves against the white man or woman and that still how it stands today they expect us to turn the other cheek to walk away to display honor because when you see a black person not doing anything after their accosted by a white people all the comments are just oh I'm so proud of how how honorable he was in the fact that they didn't react violently sometimes violence begets violence
