  1. Used to deliver pizzas to those flats regularly. The best tippers even though they the least able to afford it. The people seemed to appreciate what a crappy job it was working after midnight weekends for terrible pay and often got an invite to drinks and cones. Probably doesnt happen anymore with card payments. Occasionally got robbed around the corner when sent to a fake address that wasnt super fun..

  2. So my gran lived at those Myuna way flats on the corner for as long as I can remember – from about 1979 to maybe 2006-ish. They were never that bad! Ever! Now they're covered in graffiti and trashed.

Not once did my gran ever have any probs with neighbours or break-ins. I felt safe walking around and being in this part of Mangerton as a kid & younger person. Now, probably not so much…

I guess the demographic's changed heaps over the last nearly 20 years or so.

I think maybe moving those people coming out of jail and concentrating them in this area has made it worse. Even Spanian questions the kids in the homes and then being moved to the housing in the same area. Doesn't really break the cycle does it?

  3. From Rilla and live in Cringila which is between Warrawong and Berkeley. Shit is getting worse and no one gives a shit. People care more about a stupid Palm tree on a pole and don't want to deal with the real issues in the Gong.

  4. After being born and raised in Warrawong, moved to Blacktown for about 10 years then came back in 2021 honestly Wollongong has gotten bad for crime and drugs. And its worse when you grew up here and everyone knows everyone so you know all the heads you see in the news 🤦‍♀️

  5. Brother I lived in the flats with the police tape like 7 years ago, you gotta be built for it, Bezerkely is a fucking crazy place, got that many stories bout the place
Also Bent at Flats Warrawong and The Gardens next to Warrawong Mall are fucking mad red hot , crack central

  6. This is the insights we need! Too many times we hear these stories of glorified rappers (not all) “growing from the streets” coming from “struggle”. But these guys right here are the definition of being a victim to system 💯

  7. I SWEAR ITS HILARIOUS…
99% OF THESE GUYS ARE JUST DEROS, PROPER DEROS…
    THINKING THEY'RE CRIMS…
LOOK TECHNICALLY THEY CAN SAY THAT EH…VANDALISING THEIR OWN HOMES, ROBBING EACH OTHER AND DOING SOME PETTY ASS ROBERRIES ON SOME TINY BUSINESS….TOTALLY NOT SUSSED OUT, NO REAL THOUGHT INVOLVED, OR PLANNING…JUST STRAIGHT UP DUMB SHIT
TECHNICALLY U CAN CALL YOURSELF A CRIM BUT HERE'S A HEADS UP
YOUR NOT A CRIM, YOUR AN ACCIDENT PER SE, IT JUST HAPPENED TO COINCIDE WITH YOUR WHIMS…
TO ME YOUR JUST ANOTHER CIVILIAN EXCEPT YOU HAVE FUCK ALL IF YOU COME FROM THESE PLACES
GET OUT OF HERE YOU ROBBED THE CHEMIST THE OTHER DAY PERHAPS, BUT DUDE IT MIGHT AS WELL HAVE BEEN AN ACCIDENT
    GET WHAT IM SAYING HERE
THERE'S VERY LITTLE ACTUAL CRIMINALS THAT SPAN INTERVIEWS
IM KINDA BORED OF SEEING THESE POVO ACCIDENTALS
YOU KNOW EH, U KNOW A CRIM WHEN YOU SEE ONE
BRING SOME PROPER CRIMS TO THE TABLE SPAN

  8. Watched charliebo313 for years. They are real hoods. These vids are a walk through a sunny Day!

this dude to famous to be able to get the real truth at night.

  9. What happened to Wollongong people ask? Simple, BHP (now Bluescope) reduced its size and automated much of the work and as far and away the largest employer in the region, it left the city and surrounding suburbs without a direction. Our local parliamentarians (state and federal) are all useless because they know they are in safe seats so will continue to get re-elected without having to do a single fucking thing to help the community.
The politicians have finished the job that Bluescope started, killing the spirit and will of the community.
Not everyone can or wants to go to uni, so what are all the young people to do with all their spare time but get up to no good?

  10. Bruh I used to live in those warrawong units good old illawong gardens 😂 we used to set those dumpsters up too because no one ever emptied them🙃 council just left em to overfill

  11. The ONE THING is if these were offered to the Homeless in Melbourne there would be a line of people with kids just wanting a Roof over their head.
In Melbourne there is VIRTUALLY NO AVAILABLE PUBLIC HOUSING.
These places would be absolutely FULL WITH A WAITING LIST.The People who would live there would have jobs, kids maybe no record at all.Thats HOW DESPERATE VICTORIA IS FOR HOUSING.
Thank the LABOR GOVERNMENT FOR THIS.Theyve been in power for about 7 years plus and it's just got worse.Labor for the People(NOT IN VICTORIA)

  12. I grew up in the street in Berkeley you walked up. The cultersac Suffolk st. Every house was commission back then. I feel your making it sound worse than it is. Every place has its good and bad Still have family and friends who live there.

  13. The refuge ain't for prison release it's for all range of kids that have issues o grew up in crisis and Linkin they are for kids that don't have parents or can't be at home to due a while range of reasons. Defiantly not a prison release service. My whole youth I lived there and no one I lived with was a prison release. Mostly docs kids

  14. Lived in Wollongong for 5 years.. Wish I never left the place!! It’s so chalk and cheese.. Super rich then super ghetto!!

  15. Hey Spanian so I see you travel all over the world and I want to do the same but I have a few felony’s in which I spent some time in prison nothing violent. Has your criminal background stoped you from going anywhere? Any help or information in This would be greatly appreciated or if anyone else’s has information in this area. I’m in the United States by the way.

  16. Love your vids! Could you please get collar/body mics for the people that show you around 😊 sometimes it's really hard to hear what they're saying with all the background noise going on 😊
