Thank you for sharing. I am currently reading in preparation for an Environmental Education Awareness on Disasters and Ecosystem – Nature-based Solution and Disaster-Risk Reduction. I am going to use this for our SA Case. Keep sharing.
Why doesnt this happen on the Berea or Morningside where the houses are also built on sand and the hills are steep?
Sad really. Did they Survey the land properly before building
So much sins in this world greed anger and crimes MOTHER EARTH nature
I used to live there many years back but sadly, reckless developers ruined it with high-rise concrete compounds.
Bad feel for everyone there keep safe n God bless u all .❤
Heartbreaking God safe the people 😢😢🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
These guys didnt learn from two years ago? From 10 years ago? 20? When they gonna learn
Again 😢
Not Nature. Result of rampant destruction of the natural environment and hard surfacing by developers and Town Planners who permitted developments on ancient sand dunes that were originally protected by the natural vegetation. This is just normal heavy rain. Wait till we get hit by a 1:100 flood event. Its on the way, just can't predict when but on its way. I wouldn't want to be living in any of those properties, not even if I was given one for free. Not worth losing my life.
