i like the Uk version of KN, the US version is funny to watch which i don't hate but i find the UK version more calmer since they don't use the silly background sounds whenever something is happening.

Gordon Ramsay’s restauranteur knowledge is so extraordinary. Using the antique bid offs as a way to almost distract the costumers. Giving the kitchen time to focus on orders and not having to worry about time. The costumers clock rewinding everytime there’s a laugh. It seems like 5 minutes went by when it was actually 15. At the same time making it a warm environment, calm and friendly. Brilliant.
The worst thing to tell a hysterical woman is to calm down haha

Helen is easily top 3 ppl on Kitchen Nightmares imo. She carrying the whole restaurant as a waitress and has a level of clarity that is rare on this show.
