11. The spirit boxes are so much better on these, there is no radio frequency noise. Batteries do get drained on these investigations, St Peter's Church Bradwell on Sea is another example.

12. "I've been here 300 years." Not sure they used the present perfect aspect 300 years ago. Those gadgets are just a scam. They also detract from otherwise sincere investigators' efforts.

13. I would NEVER say those things to spirits because they can do things to you when you at least suspect it. I would be scared of something I couldn't see, that's invisible. How would you go after them when you CAN'T see them.

22. The exploring is interesting, but ghosts don't exists, drop your toy-mobile. Try go to the battlefields of 1st world war. See if you can record a single ghost. There are none.
