10. I agree, something whacky is going on with the weather, but I am not of the view It's due so-called "global warming " phenomenon. These types of weather changes are not new. In fact, place in Africa that are dry desert were once covered with ice and water. Iraq is another place that had abundant water now dry. Many will think this phenomenon is strange but it is not. Tidal forces — earth's gravitational pull— resulting in the unfolding in Mobay. Furthermore, Jamaica sits in middle of a ocean which the north side elvated slightly causes the spillage.
